Adults All Levels (No Gi)

Tuesday 7:00-8:30 PM and Thursday 6:30-8:00 PM. Train without the gi in rashguard and shorts. Focus on wrestling, submissions, and positional control.

Adults BJJ Fundamentals (Gi)

Wednesday 7:30-8:30 PM. Specifically designed for newer students. Learn core positions, escapes, and submissions in a structured curriculum.

What to Expect

Classes typically begin with a warm-up, followed by technique instruction and drilling with a partner. The class concludes with live training (rolling) where you apply what you learned. The environment is safe, supportive, and focused on helping every practitioner make progress on their journey. No prior experience is required.

What to Bring

For Gi classes, wear a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gi (we sell academy gis in our pro shop). For No Gi classes, wear a rashguard and grappling shorts or athletic pants without zippers or pockets. Bring a water bottle and a towel. Flip flops for walking to and from the mats are recommended for hygiene.
